Laszlo Kindrat is a Senior Software Engineer at Luminous Computing, a photonic semiconductor startup based in Mountain View, CA. His main area of focus is the development of compilers for machine learning models. Previously, he worked at XMOS Inc. where he developed algorithms for speaker identification and a pre- compilation optimizer for edge AI models. Laszlo received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from UNH in 2019 under the guidance of Prof. Marianna Shubov, and holds a BS in Mechatronics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
