Mindy is responsible for the administration of the University’s staff classification and compensation program. She works collaboratively with supervisors and managers concerning departmental organization and restructuring initiatives. Mindy assists departments with the development of job descriptions and comprehensive compensation analyses using comparative salary data. Mindy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and has worked in the field of Human Resources for 15 years. Mindy currently holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
