Mindy is responsible for the administration of the University’s staff classification and compensation program. She works collaboratively with supervisors and managers concerning departmental organization, restructuring initiatives, and comprehensive compensation analyses using comparative salary data. She can provide guidance regarding compensation, employee relations, HR policy application, leave reporting, and timekeeping.

Mindy obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky and has worked in the field of Human Resources for 20 years. Mindy currently holds CCP, PHR, and SHRM-CP certifications.
