The Graduate School - Incomplete GA Applications Report

Accessing the Incomplete GA Applications Report

Departments have the ability to access a listing of incomplete Graduate Assistantship applications by using Infoview, WKU's reporting software. The listing will provide you with the name, WKU ID number, aid year, period of application (fall, spring, summer, or year), and the list missing documents. An example of what the report will look like can be found here.

To access the report:
  1. Point your browser to: https://boe.wku.edu/
  2. Log on with your NetID and password.
  3. Navigate to: Public Folders → WKU Campus Community → Admissions → Graduate Admissions
  4. Right Click on: GA APP STATUS - Graduate Assistantship Application StatusIncomplete GA Apps
  5. Select 'Schedule' from the pop-up menu.
  6. Click 'Parameters'
  7. Click 'Edit' on 'Aid Year' and enter the Aid Year term and select 'OK'.

The Aid Year is designated by adding a two digit number to the year. For example:

          • 1011 = 2010-2011
          • 1112 = 2011-2012
          • 1213 = 2012-13
  8. Click 'Edit' on 'Department Code' and enter the Department Code and select 'OK'. The Department Code is designated by the prefix of courses for the department. For example:
              • CHEM = Chemistry
              • PSY = Psychology
              • SOCL = Sociology

  9. Click 'Schedule' in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

  10. Your report will appear on the top of the list. You will not be able to view your report immediately, but it will be available in a few minutes. You will need to hit the 'Refresh' arrow every few seconds.

  11. When your report is available, you will be able to click on the 'Instance Time' date. Clicking on the Instance Time date will allow you to view your report when it is ready.
