Decline Admission

Prospective students who have been admitted to a graduate program and wish to decline their admission can request to do so via this form.

Please note:

This application withdrawal request form is only for graduate students.
Declining admission does not remove you from any classes you are enrolled in. To withdraw from courses, please visit the Registrar's page on withdrawal (https://www.wku.edu/registrar/withdrawal.php).
YOU MUST WITHDRAW FROM ANY CLASSES FOR WHICH YOU HAVE REGISTERED BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM.
