We cannot carry this mission out, without developing our student workers and participants into excellent leaders ready to impact the world in which they live.

Campus Rec & Wellness also provides our students with opportunitites for development away from WKU. Members of our staff have had the opportunitiy to attend the NIRSA Annual Conference, as well as state and regional workshops. They have also attended conferences with multiple other associations such as AORE and ACHA. We have also provided support for certifications to further their careers such as CPO (certified pool operator), ACE & ACSM personal training certifications, and HIV Tester training.
