Nathan Gower is the author of The Act of Disappearing, a novel hailed by The Washington Post as one of 2024's "Ten Noteworthy Books". An Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he also teaches in the brief-residency MFA Creative Writing program at Spadling University.
