"Sexual Consent, Vulnerability, and Pleasure in Medieval England & Scotland" 

Dr. Carissa Harris is Associate Professor of English at Temple University. Dr. Harris’s research and teaching focus on gender and sexuality in medieval literature and culture. Her first book, Obscene Pedagogies: Transgressive Talk and Sexual Education in Late Medieval Britain, analyzes sexual education, consent, and rape culture from the Canterbury Tales to the Access Hollywood tape.
