Not all disabilities are visible. How do faculty and staff best support their students with (in)visible (dis)abilities? What are the experiences of WKU students with (in)visible (dis)abilities? In this workshop, faculty and staff will actively participate in scenario-based experiences about (in)visible (dis)abilities. Participants will observe pre-recorded and live exchanges of student-instructor interactions related to (in)visible (dis)abilities. Participants will leave this workshop with strategies and resources on creating an inclusive environment to support students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
