DLI Phase II focuses on your self-exploration as a leader. In Phase II, you will have the opportunity to discover their strengths and areas for improvement in regards to your leadership styles. You will begin to better understand yourself as a leader and how you work with others throughout this phase. This will be done by working with such instruments as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Kraybill Con ict Management, Consensus Building, StrengthQuest and power and authority.
