Lamott is a best-selling novelist with works such as Hard Laughter, Blue Shoe, All New People, and many other titles gracing bookshelves around the world. She has also produced several notable books of nonfiction, such as her writing guide, Bird by Bird: Some Instructions on Writing and Life, which has been referenced in English classrooms around the country and WKU.
Barnes and Noble will be in the lobby selling books before and after the presentation. There will be a brief Q&A session at the conclusion of the presentation in the auditorium. There will be a book signing.
Admission to this event is free, but seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
