The Alice Rowe Learning Assistance Center (LAC) will be open several Saturdays for free tutoring and student support services. 

The center is located at WKU South Campus in room 234.  The LAC provides free tutoring in Math, English, Chemistry and other topics.  This is a walk-in service.  No appointment needed. We have an open computer lab and a quiet study area as well.

Known for his €œsardonic wit and incisive social critiques,€ Sedaris has published several books and essays, including Barrel Fever and Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls. The latter works audio version received a Grammy-nomination for Best Spoken Word Album at the 56th Annual Awards.

Barnes and Noble will be in the lobby selling books before and after the presentation.  There will be a brief Q&A session at the conclusion of the presentation in the auditorium.  Mr. Sedaris will sign books before and after his presentation.

Admission to this event is free, but seating is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
