Join Dr. Michael Killen for an intimate conversation on the the science of taste and the chemistry and biology of brewing. Attendees will taste a half dozen exciting beers, chosen as examples of the scientific principles being discussed. The list of beers that we expect to taste are:
- Bells – Expedition Stout
- Old Rasputin – Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout
- Anderson Valley – Blood Orange Gose
- St. Louis – Fond Tradition Kriek
- Dark Horse – Crooked Tree IPA
- Dark Horse – Double Crooked Tree DIPA
