* Is your organization a Registered Student Organization at WKU or an organization in the Bowling Green or surrounding community? WKU Student Organization (Greek organizations, special-interest groups, etc.) Community Organization (High School organizations, recreational sports teams, church groups, etc.)

* Please select the size that best describes your organization Small: 5 - 10. We would need to partner with one or two other organizations to participate in this service project. Medium: 10-29. We would need to partner with one other organization to participate in this service project. Large, willing to partner: 30+. We are able to commit at least 30 volunteers, but we are willing to partner with another organization Large, non-partner: 30+. We can commit at least 30 volunteers to this service project, and we would prefer to do it alone

WKU can only transfer payment via credit card. WKU cannot process payment using Cash App or by check.

* In the event that a date becomes available due to another organization's cancellation, is your organization willing and able to participate on short notice? Yes! We can provide at least 25 volunteers on short notice! Maybe, depending on the date. Please contact us in the event of a cancellation Not at this time.
