The City of Bowling Green

Bowling Green, KY

Bowling Green is home to Western Kentucky University and the Corvette! With a population of 60,000, it is now considered the third largest city in the state.  Situated in south-central Kentucky, it is 60 miles north of Nashville, TN, and 120 miles south of Louisville and is the economic center of the region. Since WKU is located in the heart of Bowling Green, you will find the city student friendly.  Bowling Green is big enough to have everything you need, but small enough to make you feel at home.

There are several area attractions and local events scheduled in the heart of downtown Bowling Green, adjacent to WKU, each year. For more information, visit visitbgky.com/.
