8 AM - 8 PM 

Welcome home! Be sure to check your move-in timeslot on the WKU Housing Portal and pick up your key at Parking Structure 3. Once your belongings are in your room and your vehicle is moved to a permiter parking lot, you can get unpacked, settle in, and get ready to meet new people and learn what it means to be a Hilltopper!

Before your family and friends head home, drop by the PFT courtyard for refreshments and to take a photo together to commemorate your first day at WKU!

Get to know yourself, your peers, and WKU. In this session, you’ll talk about why you chose WKU and learn about yourself and the people around you. You’ll also spend time learning about how to keep yourself and others safe on campus, as well as how to set goals and manage stress.

Between eating lunch, taking a break and taking a campus tour, this will be a busy time. Be sure to drink plenty of water as you walk around campus.

Service Letters for Nursing Home Residents (SOCIAL)

Looking for a way to give back? At this social you’ll have the opportunity to write letters to nursing home residents to help brighten their day! In an effort to enforce social distancing and prevent the spread of COVID-19, many nursing homes and hospitals have restricted visitors from visiting their loved ones. This has left many nursing home residents and patients feeling isolated. Letters will be donated locally to the Bowling Green Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

You'll have a chance to eat lunch, take a break, and attend a session to learn about your parking and meal plan options. This session will help make sure you have the best meal plan and parking pass or if you need to make any last-minute changes.

Food trucks and entertainment provided by The Music City Sound. The first 1,000 guests in attendance will receive free Topper Fest t-shirts, and the evening concludes with a fireworks display at dark.

Topper Fest is open to all members of the WKU Community.
