Application Withdrawal Request

Prospective students who have applied for admission and wish to withdraw an admission application can request to do so via this form.

Please note:

This application withdrawal request form is only for graduate students.
Withdrawing an admission application does not remove you from any classes you are enrolled in. To withdraw from courses, please visit the Registrar's page on withdrawal (https://www.wku.edu/registrar/withdrawal.php).
YOU MUST WITHDRAW FROM ALL COURSES BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS WITHDRAWAL REQUEST.
