Undergraduate Recruitment Communications Requests
We communicate directly with prospective students on all things WKU, sending them appropriate and consistent messages based on where they're at in our admissions process. We can also help you share information specific to your college or program!
Emails/Texts
Our office will send out all email and text communications to prospective students. This will ensure that student statuses are up to date, enable students to opt out, and reduce the risk of your emails being marked as spam. In addition, it will allow us metrics and functional tracking.
To request an email or text, please use the form below. Please submit all email requests 10 full working days before your desired distribution date. Your submission must include all content for the email/text before you submit your request.
