Frequently Asked Questions


You must be an active student, faculty member or staff of a campus affiliated with Grubhub to be eligible. You can indicate your affiliation by registering your campus card and verifying your student status on the app.

Search for WKU on the app, in the Account tab under Campus Dining. You will see what we have to offer!
Nope. As long as you connect your university ID to your Grubhub account, you can activate your Grubhub + Student membership and place orders.

To purchase a meal using a meal swipe, you will select the restaurant where you want to eat and then select the meal swipe menu (not the regular menu). All options that are available as a meal swipe will be on the meal swipe menu.

If you are experiencing difficulties with Grubhub Campus Dining, you can contact grubhubforcampus@grubhub.comor go to their website www.grubhub.com/about/campus.

To order ahead for pickup on campus, you will see a select number of restaurants listed under “pickup”. Click on the restaurant you wish to get food from and select “Regular Menu” or “Meal Swipe Menu”. After selecting what you would like to order, continue to check out. You will be notified when your order has been prepared and is ready for pick up. Remember to enable your push notifications on the Grubhub app so you do not miss your order updates.

To check the status of your order, you can look at the post ordering screen to follow the progress, see your ETA, and see how many orders are in front of you. If it’s taking longer than expected, you can cancel your order before it has started to be prepared.

Please speak directly to the staff at the restaurant and let them know you cannot find your order. If you still need assistance, you can select the “help” option on your order and contact the Customer Care team.

After you have placed an order, you will be taken to a post order screen. This will show your order #, pickup ETA, and a Real-Time Line Update which shows where your order is as it’s being processed. You can access the screen at any time by clicking on your order or going to the orders tab.

If you selected the wrong card at checkout, you can quickly cancel the order before it’s being prepared or contact Customer Care.
