A. Faculty video/pptx for MPH orientation: Upload to MPH Student org site on Bb by 8/10

B. Team teaching

Credit to Workload: The agreed upon % distribution is entered in Banner

Student Evaluation: All instructors (primary, secondary) set up in Banner with a % responsibility greater than 0% are evaluated with SITE. 

C. Syllabus updates

Changes to required institutional statements: SARC, Title IV

Changes to competencies

Proposed additions/changes? Pronouns, expanded diversity statement, consistent academic integrity statement

D. New Checkist for Embedded GrAPEs:

Goal: all products within curriculum

E. Instructional goal and objectives: Others needed?

Build into classes and track what you do

F. CEPH revisions: Foundational competency changes

G. Workforce assessment: preliminary findings

 

II. Action Items

A. Revise program competencies

  1. Review relative to prelim workforces assessment
  2. Exit surveys #24 rated low
  3. 25 too close to 6?
  4. 26 to close to foundational knowledge #10?
  5. Add professional/academic writing (see II.B.1)

 B. Revise required ILE competencies

  1. #19 – changes make it hard to meet this competency as a requirement
  2. #26 – is hard to embed in all types of ILEs

C. Decide on course alignment to competencies

  1. Didactic: Which parts?  What topics?
  2. Assessment

D. Identify course(s) to engage PHUGAS

E. Increase social media presence through courses?
