Windows 11 Support
WKU's Information Technology Services (ITS) supports Windows 11 on university-owned computers. We are committed to ensuring WKU employees have access to the latest technology, as well as creating a smooth and seamless experience for all users.
Transitioning to Windows 11
The transition to Windows 11 began Summer, 2023 targeting new computers first, followed by Operating System Refreshes as needed. WKU ITS will continue to support Windows 10 and will work to update all computers before its end-of-life date of October 2025.
If you have any questions or concerns, or if you are responsible for many university-owned computers and would like WKU ITS to perform an assessment and recommend steps to take, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
