Wireless Portal

Residential Users:
Residents, if you have a stationary device, particularly high bandwidth devices, lets try to plug those in wired instead of wireless. While the wireless quality and capacity is state of the art, residence halls represent a fairly unique environment in terms of density and if we can shift some of that load to wired ports everyone will have a better all around experience.

If you have any issues, please report them so that we know and can troubleshoot appropriately. If we don’t know there is an issue we cannot fix it.  In most cases, due to the localized nature of potential wireless issues (interference, etc), that process starts with you reporting. Only you can prevent Wireless problems.... (Not true, but I wanted to use the slogan.)
