Andrea is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer. Andrea is responsible for the oversight of Human Resources Operations and Employee Wellness & Benefits.  She has over 13 years’ of HR experience in the corporate and manufacturing sectors, previously working on organizational development and talent sourcing initiatives for a global Tier I automotive supplier.  Andrea currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Kentucky Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) and the CUPA-HR Kentucky Chapter, is a graduate of Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2010 and has served on other nonprofit boards including CASA of South Central Kentucky and The Training Consortium of South Central Kentucky.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from WKU, is a Certified DISC® Facilitator and currently holds her PHR and SHRM-CP designations.
