Grants and Contracts Accounting (GCA) is responsible for managing, maintaining, and reporting financial records for all external grants, contracts and agreements. Once an award has been accepted by Western Kentucky University Research Foundation (WKURF) and the award document received from the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), GCA is responsible for the setup of the award in Banner Finance and all internal and external financial reporting. GCA is your primary contact for questions regarding expenditures, balances and other types of financial information on all external awards to WKU or WKURF.
