Passport Services’ Acceptance Facility Award in Washington DC.
Helping WKU Students and the Bowling Green Community Obtain International Reach
The Western Kentucky University Post Office has been designated an official Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Department of State. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community are now able to apply for a U.S. passport and/or passport card directly through our office.
As a Passport Acceptance Facility, we are authorized to receive your completed application for a U.S. passport and submit the application along with all necessary documentation to Passport Services. Passport Services will then determine eligibility for a U.S. Passport. It is important to note that only the U.S. Department of State can make the final decision to issue a passport to an individual.
As part of our services, we are happy to provide the necessary forms required to apply for a U.S. passport, as well as other passport-related forms and field any questions regarding the passport process. We are also authorized to accept applications for the new U.S. passport card. Finally, we also offer on-site passport photo service.
