Career Highlights

Developing the HR department for Centerstone as well as scaling the department to accommodate for each of our 4 mergers increasing our employees from 350 to our current 2,000.  Through the mergers, the career enhancement opportunities have been endless. Hooper currently works in Human Resources at Lipscomb University.

Personal Highlights

Being able to balance (some days better than others) a career as well as raising two boys has been an amazing journey which still continues each day.

Most Vivid Memory of WKU

I am fairly certain my most vivid memory is probably not one for a public reading however I do have many great memories of opportunities, friendships and career opportunities that were a result of leadership through the IABC student chapter at WKU.
