Thesis Prospectus Form

This document validates that the student mentioned below has completed a thesis prospectus which has the approval of the Thesis Committee members listed. This document assures the student that the faculty members whose signatures appear below agree that the prospectus clearly identifies an acceptable research project and if completed as designed will be acceptable to the committee as a master's level thesis.
