Faculty and staff play an important role in fostering learning and work environments free from discrimination and harassment. This session will provide an overview of Title VI, Title VII, and university policies and processes related to race, color, and national origin discrimination and harassment. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to concerns involving race and national origin discrimination and harassment, understand the university’s reporting and resolution processes, and identify available resources for students and employees.
