Faculty and staff are often the first people students turn to when they experience sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating and/or domestic violence, stalking, or other concerning behavior.  This session will provide an overview of the university’s Title IX process, clarify reporting obligations for employees, and help participants understand what information must be reported and why.  Participants will also learn practical strategies for responding to student disclosures and ways to support students and colleagues who may be navigating difficult situations.
