Did you know that every academic college at WKU has students who have declared a Pre-Health concentration?  Pre-Health concentrations are personal and professional development paths students pursue alongside their chosen major's degree requirements.  It is important for all advisors to be aware of what it means to pursue Pre-Health in order to best guide students toward achieving their goals.

This session will outline the basics of pursuing a Pre-Health concentration (specifically Pre-Medicine, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-PT, Pre-OT, Pre-Physician Assistant, Pre-Veterinary, Pre-Chiropractic, and Pre-Podiatry) and how to encourage students to be competitive applicants for their chosen professional schools.
