CHHS Institute for Rural Health Receives $25,000 Award

The Institute for Rural Health (IRH), in the College of Health and Human Services at WKU, has received a $25,000 award from the Good Samaritan Foundation Inc., a ministry of the Kentucky Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
“The Good Samaritan Foundation Inc. award will be used to purchase medical and dental equipment, which will improve service delivery in underserved areas and add to the educational experiences of WKU students,” IRH Director Matt Hunt said.
