Sedrik Newbern is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence in the Department of Management. Sedrik earned his MBA in Economics from Tennessee State University and BS in Marketing from Western Kentucky University. His sales and marketing work experience includes senior level positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit corporations. He has launched several small businesses and served as a coach, consultant, and mentor to other small business owners. His wife, Denise, is a sales professional and serial entrepreneur as well. They have one teenage son, Matthew.
