Kim Minton earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. She has more than 10 years of experience in higher education, with much of her career focused on supporting college students in academic success, career development, and transition planning. Kim currently serves as a Professional Advisor in WKU’s Gordon Ford College of Business and is pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Kim is a founding member and currently serves as Treasurer of the PossAbilities Expo, a nonprofit organization that hosts an annual event in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Expo connects individuals with different abilities and their families with resources and services throughout the community, while also providing opportunities for professionals working in human service fields to network, share resources, and build connections.
