Elvis is a senior manager with Baker Tilly’s financial advisory services (FAS) practice, specializing in the valuation of complex financial instruments, businesses, intangible assets, debt, and equity securities. Elvis is also an adjunct professor with the Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University. Elvis specializes in valuation services, transaction support, and the valuation of businesses, intangible assets, equity, debt, derivatives, and complex financial instruments across a broad range of industries. Elvis began his career with a Big Four firm, working in a multi-disciplinary role supporting projects in the transactional tax, tax compliance, international tax and economic and valuation services groups. Elvis has also assisted clients with M&A advisory, restructurings and other transaction advisory services. Elvis’s transaction advisory experience includes both sell-side and buy-side advisory, prospective financial modeling, financial due diligence, quality of earnings and working capital analyses, fairness opinions, financial accounting advisory, compensation planning and others. Elvis also has experience assisting attorneys on forensic economics engagements in both civil and criminal matters, including complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes.
