In an effort to ensure you have the best experience possible we have established a few guidelines.

 

Age Requirement: 9th-12th Grade Students 

Group Tour Capacity: 70 (One chaperone is required for every 10 students).

Availability: Monday-Thursday at 10:00 or 10:30am CST (specific availability may vary dependent upon university calendar).

Please take note Western Kentucky University operates in Central Standard Time.

Definitive Fall 2026 Unavailability:

• Wednesday, September 23
• Wednesday, November 11

Standard Visit Itinerary:

• 30 Minute Information Session with WKU Admissions Team Member
• 1 Hour Campus Tour
• 30 Minute Residence Hall Room Tour
• 1 Hour Lunch Break

Itineraries are flexible. Please let us know of any specific requests!

Behavior Expectations and Consequences: All visitors are expected to follow university rules and policies. The WKU Office of Admissions reserves the right to limit future visits to campus if conduct during your visit is not satisfactory.
