Self-Reported GPA FAQ
WKU realizes that during this time, students may experience a degree of difficulty accessing official transcripts from their high school counselors. In an effort to ensure that students can move forward in the admissions process, we are temporarily accepting self-reported GPAs from students.
Students will be able to sign up for the Topper Orientation Program (TOP) and register for classes as soon as WKU receives the official transcript.
Yes. The best option for students is to go ahead and submit the official transcript if possible. If students are currently unable to obtain the official high school transcript, WKU will accept an unofficial transcript for admission purposes. If students are unable to access either of these, WKU will accept the unofficial transcript for conditional admission purposes.
Please email your self-reported GPA to admission@wku.edu. You will also need to include your full name and birthdate in the email. If you have a WKU ID number, please include that as well.
