Nathaniel Annor-Gyimah holds a Master of Arts degree in International Higher Education from Boston College, where he also worked as a graduate assistant in the Office of Off-Campus Student Living and at the Center for International Higher Education. During his time at BC, he founded the Ghana Students Organization to help create an inclusive and welcoming space for students of Ghanaian and African descent. He also served as a graduate intern with the Pre-Collegiate Outreach Programs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Nathaniel earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana and worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Education prior to beginning his graduate studies in the United States.
Nathaniel is passionate about supporting students and creating environments where they feel seen, valued, and encouraged to thrive, whether through housing support, cultural programming, or simply sharing a meal. He believes in building strong relationships with students and colleagues and brings a warm, student-centered approach to everything he does.
Outside of work, Nathaniel enjoys staying active and can often be found playing volleyball, soccer, or ping pong with students, a fun and natural way he connects and builds community. He also enjoys cooking and finds joy in sharing meals with others, especially dishes from his Ghanaian roots.
