The Gatton Academy's Staff

Pokey received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lee College in 1993, his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Lee University in 2001, and his Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education from the University of South Carolina in 2005. At Gatton, Pokey supervises the mental health and college counseling and testing areas as well as the Gatton Academy’s Seminar program. He provides personal, career, college, and academic counseling for Gatton Academy students.  He loves traveling with his family to nearby state parks in their camper trailer.
