The Gatton Academy's Staff

Christiane Turlington is the regional admissions counselor for Central Kentucky.  Originally from the ‘big sky’ state of Montana, she graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.  After graduation she served as an Army Nurse Corps Officer for ten years.

She is married to Lance Turlington, a retired Army JAG officer. Between being an Army Brat, serving in the Army, and being an Army Spouse, she has lived in S. Korea, Germany, and coast to coast in the United States, having moved over fifteen times.  She is now settled in Cecilia, KY where she raises and adores her chickens.  Christiane raised three children, with one in veterinary school, one (Gatton class of 2022) working for Palantir, and one attending West Point. She spent the last 20 years raising her children and volunteering in her children’s schools and with youth sports, and supporting military spouses. 

Christiane is excited to be a Regional Admissions Counselor with the Gatton Academy where she can share how awesome Gatton is with prospective students and families.
