The Gatton Academy's Staff

Ashley Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Nonprofit Administration from Western Kentucky University (and WKU Honors College) in 2013, her Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University in 2014, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from WKU in 2026. At Gatton, Ashley is primarily responsible for Alumni Relations (including alumni events, Gatton Alumni Magazine, mentoring, and fostering lifelong relationships between Gatton and their 1000+ alumni), Development (grants and fundraising), as well as Outreach (legislative work, special guests, and community partnerships). Additionally, Ashley works with students individually as a College Letter Writer, mentor, leads the Student Development Committee, is part of the Gatton Leadership Team, and plans graduation!

Outside of Gatton, Ashley enjoys flowers in all forms: on her family's cut flower farm, as well as large-scale installations such as the Rose Parade and Philadelphia Flower Show.
