Terms & Conditions


All funds and plans purchased for use at WKU Restaurant Group locations are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The WKU Restaurant Group funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all WKU Restaurant group funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire at the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the spring semester.

 

First Year Residence Hall students: Meal plan contracts are for the full academic year. On campus Meal Plans Dollars expire at the end of each academic year, which means they will roll over from Fall semester to Spring semester if needed.  The downgrade deadline is set three weeks after the first day of class. Meal plan downgrades will not be accepted after these dates.

Sophomore/Junior/Senior Residents: Upperclass students living on campus: Meal plan contracts are for the full academic year. If an upperclass fulltime resident student has not enrolled in a traditional on-campus or traditional off-campus meal plan they will automatically be enrolled in the Flex plan.    The downgrade deadline for meal plans is set three weeks after the first day of class. Meal plan downgrades will not be accepted after these dates.

Off Campus: Meal plan contracts are for the full academic year. If a fulltime off-campus student has not enrolled in a traditional on-campus’ or off-campus meal plan, they will be automatically enrolled in the Flex plan.

 

  • Weekly on-campus meal swipes expire on Sunday night each week.
  • Off-campus Block plans/Block 240 meals expire at the end of each semester.
  • Meal Plan Dollar balances will remain on the students WKU ID from fall to spring semester but will expire on the last day of the spring semester.
  • Flex dollars, if needed, will roll over semester to semester and year to year. Upon graduation or departure from the University, any remaining Flex will be forfeited.

Meals may not be bought or sold, and meal plan holder must accompany guest when using guest meals. The WKU Restaurant Group funds and plans cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all WKU Restaurant Group funds and plans are non-refundable and will expire on 5/15/20.
