Apply to the Spring Break Future Healthcare Professionals Camp at the Flaget Memorial Hospital
FHP is a health career exploration program open to high school students in the area. The 2026 Spring Break FHP program will be held in-person from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at Flaget Memorial Hospital (4305 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004).
Program Dates: April 8, 9, and 10
Throughout the program, students will explore different areas of the healthcare field through hands-on activities and guest speakers. Applications are due March 8.
Program Requirements:
- Students must commit to attending all of the sessions.
- Participants must be current high school students.
- Registration is limited to 25 students.
- Measuring vitals
- Learning to suture
- Surgery simulators
- Intubation
- Outbreak simulations
- OT and PT exercises
- CPR & Stop the Bleed certifications
- Meeting with health professionals and more!
