Many health professions programs use a centralized application service, similar to a “common app” for professional school. To make this process easier, South Central AHEC has created editable templates you can use to draft and organize your materials before you begin an online application.

Each QR code below links to a template tailored to that specific application service.

These resources are designed to help you:

• Brainstorm and revise personal statements and experience descriptions.

• Keep track of shadowing, clinical, work, leadership, and community service hours.

• Prepare clean, copy‑and‑paste ready content before applications open.

These tools do not replace advising, but they can help you stay organized and intentional throughout the application cycle. We strongly encourage you to meet with your Pre‑Health advisor and SCKY AHEC staff to review your materials and develop a timeline that fits your goals.
