Please use this form to explain what steps you intend to take regarding the identified low enrolled course. The Dean’s office will respond to your plan to approve or modify the proposed steps.
Please be sure to complete the “Why is the current course under-enrolled?” “What factors, if any, suggest enrollments will improve?” and the “What actions will you take if enrollments do not improve?” boxes.
