Psych Sciences member featured in the NCAA Sport Science Institute newsletter

The NCAA Sport Science Institute February newsletter came out yesterday. The newsletter contains a really nice PR feature for WKU Swimming/Athletics and, to a lesser extent, the Psychological Sciences Dept.  Dr. Betsy Shoenfelt from the Psychological Sciences Department is quoted extensively in the article.  Her professional sport psychology organization, Association for Applied Sport Psychology, submitted this to the NCAA. This past October, Claire Donahue, Bruce Marchionda and Dr. Shoenfelt did an invited closing plenary session for the international AASP Annual Conference in New Orleans that was very well received by a large audience.
