Intent to Defend Form:

This form is turned in to the Honors College withint the first two weeks of the semester you will defend. You must obtain the signatures of both your first and second reader on this form. The NID form tells the Honors College that you will defend by finals of that semester ad that you are ready to be assigned a third reader.
