WKU Pre-Optometry Club
Who are we?
The Western Kentucky University Pre-Optometry Club is group devoted to helping students apply and get accepted into Optometry School. The Pre-Optometry club does this by giving students a chance to hear from different Optometry Schools from around the United States. The club was reestablished in 2022 to bring together students interested in Optometry. Meetings usually consist of speakers who present information to help students applying for Optometry School. Meetings can also consist of visits to local Optometry offices and other club activities.
Who can join?
The club is open to all students at Western Kentucky University but is particularly targeted for students who are interested in attending Optometry school.
When are meetings?
The Pre-Optometry Club usually meets once a month during the semester. Meetings for fall 2023 are Tuesday October 17th at 6 pm in KTH 3048 and Monday November 13th at 6pm in KTH 3048.
