Legacy Form Assets are Being Phased Out

The new Forms Module is now available, and all new forms must be created using this updated system.

Existing form assets will continue to function for now, but should be recreated or moved to the new Forms module to avoid disruption.

November 2026 – Editing of legacy Form Assets will be disabled. Existing forms will continue to function, and submissions will remain accessible.
March 2027 – Legacy Form Assets will be fully removed from the CMS.

All dates are estimated and subject to change.

The Talent Identification Program of Kentucky (TIP-KY) offers above-level testing to assess where students are academically, so educators and families can help guide students to relevant resources, appropriate enrichment programming, and other services that will challenge and encourage growth. The annual recognition ceremony celebrates the achievements of students who have scored at or above the benchmark scores. Eligible students will receive an invitation in April with more details.
