Legacy Form Assets are Being Phased Out

The new Forms Module is now available, and all new forms must be created using this updated system.

Existing form assets will continue to function for now, but should be recreated or moved to the new Forms module to avoid disruption.

November 2026 – Editing of legacy Form Assets will be disabled. Existing forms will continue to function, and submissions will remain accessible.
March 2027 – Legacy Form Assets will be fully removed from the CMS.

All dates are estimated and subject to change.

Whether you stay for the whole time or just stop by, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social, academic, and professional network—you may even meet your next mentor!

**Passes are available to those who RSVP by the day before this event. ** Someone will be at the entrance to Fresh with your pass between 11:20 and noon.
