A Study Board Incomplete

Fixing an Incomplete

You can complete your Study Board requirement with article summaries or experiment participation when the Study Board is open.

Warnings:

    1. It is WKU policy that an Incomplete ('X') grade will become an 'F' after 12 weeks of the subsequent full term (Fall or Spring).
    2. You must notify the Study Board administrator when you have completed your requirement.

 Completing the requirement with experimentparticipation

This option is only available when the Study Board is open.

1.  Try to sign into the Study Board.  If you can't remember your password, try retrieving your password.  If you cannot sign in, then email the Study Board administrator a request to activate your account.

2.  Earn the credits you need by signing up for experiments and participating in them (1 credit for each 15 minutes of participation).

3.  When you have satisfied your requirement, completely fill out an online Grade Change Request Form.  If you leave part of this form blank, it may delay your grade change.  If you don't submit this form, your grade will not be changed.

The Study Board administrator will verify that you have met the requirement and give your instructor a grade change request form.  The grade change process may take several days.

Completing the requirement by writing article quizzes

These quizzes are scheduled regularly throughout the regular semesters.

1. Try to sign into the Study Board.  If you can't remember your password, try retrieving your password.  If you cannot sign in, then email the Study Board administrator a request to activate your account.

2. Earn the credits you need by taking quizzes on research articles (0.5 credits for each satisfactory quiz score).  For details on this assignment see: Taking Article Quizzes
