Rotary Global Grant Scholarship

The Rotary Global Grant Scholarship support exceptional students pursuing a career in an area of great humanitarian need who demonstrate a personal, long-term commitment to measurable, sustainable change. The scholarship provides up to $50,000 for one year of graduate study outside of North America.

Students must be sponsored by a local Rotary club in their place of permanent residence or full-time study.  Interested applicants should work with OSD in late summer or early fall to begin making connections with local clubs.  Applicants are nominated by local clubs to the Rotary district committee who invite applicants to interview and make the final selection.

While studying abroad, Global Scholars are expected to make presentations to Rotary Clubs and other groups about Rotary, Kentucky, and the United States. Upon returning home, Global Scholars will share their experiences with District 6710 and its member Rotary Clubs.
